WHO ARE THE WHO:
THE JIST - Jefferson Sinclair, Jarrett Miller and RobYn Slade formed this group after members of 204 left the city (Grewg to Toronto and Q-base to London, England). Ever since thier debut at the 2005 Winnipeg IF... Improv Festival, they have been tearing up stages.
MERRY'S MEN - Merry has brought her merry band of improvisers together to do shows much like Robin Hood. Improv that steals from the rich and gives to the poor.
ALWAYS GEORGE - There once was an improv troupe named ACME, they don't exist anymore. Instead the world has ALWAYS GEORGE to please them with the funny.
IMPROVISION - This three person group has been performing in the city for years and are a bonefide Fringe festival hit. Short form improv never looked so good (and never will again).
OUTSIDE JOKE - This group has been around for a little while now and has turned some heads. They are the young fresh face of long form improv in the city. These kids are pros.
STEVE MCINTYRE - Steve McIntyre is the Winnipeg Godfather of improv. Starting the scene off here when people didn't even know what improv was. Building the foundation on good scenes, no gags and real theatre instead of just the jokes. He has invented his own style of improv where he does it with anyone from the audience (yes, anyone). C'mon and give it a try.
ST PATTY'S DAY SHOW - This show will be done in Irish accents... seriously.
